You can even combine both the online and phone ordering processes by adding all of the items you require to your online shopping cart and then before you begin the checkout stage, call us with your requirements and we can process them and take payment by phone.
Ordering by post:
You are more than welcome to send your order to us for immediate processing by post. Please include the full details of the items you wish to purchase along with your vehicles make and model, engine size, and year of manufacture. Please also include your full name and address for delivery, and a daytime contact telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order.
You will need to include payment for your order's delivery charge unless the goods are on a free delivery offer. You can obtain the relevant delivery charge by adding the item/s required to your shopping basket online, or by calling a member of our sales team on 01233 503006 within business hours. Feel free to call us to discuss any upgrade options available on your order too prior to posting your requirements.
If paying by Postal order or Bankers draft your order will be instantly processed. Your goods will then be despatched immediately, unless out of stock or a special order item, of which you will be notified. If paying by cheque, please include your cheque guarantee number on the reverse of the cheque along with your address so that your order can be instantly processed. Where cheques are supplied without these details your order will be processed and then dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared.

Ordering by fax (01233 501700):
Even though we securely package every item to endeavour that it reaches you safely and securely, unfortunately on very rare occasions goods can be damaged in transit due to the nature of the products so all postage charges include insurance. If a parcel arrives and the box/packaging appears damaged, please sign for the goods and clearly print "DAMAGED" next to your signature. Then upon opening the parcel, if you find that any product within the box/packaging is damaged please call us on 01233 503006 so that we can assess the situation. Please put all items back into the original box/packaging as following on from there we will make a collection of the damaged item and arrange a redelivery of a replacement free of charge. We reserve the right to offer a direct replacement. If the item shows signs of being fitted, it is excluded from this exchange policy.
